Unable to Clone or Migarte VM in Vcenter 6.7: Error "A general system error occurred: Connection refused: The remote service is not running, OR is overloaded, OR a firewall is rejecting connections"

Problem:

Unable to Clone or Migrate a virtual machine in Vcenter 6.7. It showing error "A general system error occurred: Connection refused: The remote service is not running, OR is overloaded, OR a firewall is rejecting connections"

Reason:

This problem usually occurs whenever "VMware Profile Driven Storage" Service is stopped.

Resolution:

1. Login to VCSA via SSH.

2. Type "Shell" to get shell prompt.

3. Execute command "service-control vmware-vpx-workflow restart"
